Hi All,
I have recently been gifted a kayak and am looking to meet people to do so with. I was on the lake at 6:30 this morning and it was beautiful! I know I shouldn't do this alone, another reason for wanting to meet anyone else interested in kayaking. My body is older than my brain thinks it is so I am truely only looking to kayak in calm waters.  a gentleman fishing at the state park area this morning said he spoke with a 77 year old woman who went kayaking there a bit ago, would like to meet you! hope I can still do this 20 years from now! I live in Pavilion and it takes me about 20-25 minutes to get the State park area. Looking forward to meeting kayakers.

this is an old post, but maybe they'll do a fly-by.  Bob who runs the State Park told of the legend of a rather older canoer in a nice Kevlar variety, could be the same person, maybe not.  Claimed they circled the lake in no time at all, hmmmmm.
