An
Immortality of Service Through The Years This publication, although bearing no official date of issuance, appears to have been printed between 1938 and 1940. It was published to celebrate the first twenty years of service of the Western New York Summer School of Christian Education at the Silver Lake Institute. Since the school was founded in late 1920, and the booklet is being published "In anticipation of the completion of the first twenty years of service..." it was probably published in late 1939. The copy we have in our possession now appears to have belonged to a Louise N. Greenman, as her name is penned to the bottom inside cover. There are also a couple of pages of "autographs" in the back, which some of our regulars may even have known. We've got some Institute old-timers who visit regularly! Note About Viewing Pages Below: The pages below are .jpg image files that will launch in their own window. If your Internet Browser is set to automatically resize images to fit the page, you probably won't be able to read them. To turn this feature off in your browser, click on Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down the list until you come to "Enable Automatic Image Resizing" and click the box to remove the check mark and disable this feature. Click Apply and Close. Refresh your browser or reload the image file and you will be able to read the print. With Windows XP, you will also see a multi-colored square with arrows in each corner appear on the image when you move the mouse over that image. Clicking on the square will change it to it's full size for appropriate viewing for that image only.
